- One action per sentence or bullet, starting with the role: The Area Scheduler reviews the request.
- Decisions with if / whether: If isolation is required, the request goes to Operation Planning; otherwise the Area Scheduler approves it.
- Outcomes on their own line: If rejected, the request is returned to the Requester.
- Loops with return to / back to a role or step 3. Endings with closed, completed, cancelled.
- In minutes of meeting, the attendee line Name (Role) gives the lanes. Discussion remarks and the Action items section are left out.
